Data recovery is the process by which skilled technicians salvage and extract lost data from hard disk drives and other storage media which are corrupted due to hardware or software failure, natural disasters, or human error, that has become unreadable by conventional means. At WESTEK, we recognizes that each failure situation has its own contributing factors, and we handle every data loss as a unique event.

While we can't make any promises,  we achieve a high recovery success rate of our clients' data. We will return your data when possible with the same file names, in the same data type, with the same characteristics, identifiers, and in the same structure and location as before the failure. If you decide to send your media in for recovery services, the process will be two easy steps:

• Diagnostic Evaluation: WESTEK will first perform a diagnostic evaluation and you will be provided with an engineer's report outlining the measures needed to recover your data and the cost involved.
• Data Recovery services: Upon your approval, the recovery process begins. Your drive (or other form of media) will be taken into our lab or clean room to restore your data.
